- Six Southwestern boys — the most in school history — qualified for the NYSPHSAA Championships at Cicero-North Syracuse High School.

- The Southwestern boys captured the Section VI Class C Championship for the second straight year.

- The Southwestern boys claimed their fifth straight CCAA Division 1 title

- In six seasons, Sirianni has a 40-3 dual-meet record, including 35 wins in a row.
