POWERS MAY GO ABROAD
New York, July 21 - Vincent Powers, conceded to be the best jockey in America just now, may soon be compelled to leave the saddle. He finds it a difficult matter to get down to 110 pounds and is growing rapidly. He may ride in England or France next year, it is reported.
